That being said...
The Community space can be transformed to an event space at the drop of a hat! There is a 3 hour rental minimum, which is reflected in the rate presented here. Any extra hours will be billed after booking. Please let us know if you will need more time by emailing Rebecca@themillspace.com.
All furniture must be replaced at the end of the event, and all catering equipment must be picked up before 9am the following day. If you will need access to the space outside of normal business hours, please contact us for a swipe access card at least 1 day prior to your event.
