What's Included: First floor community space, existing furniture, pantry counter, access to brew coffee, creamer & sugar, mugs, kegerator and fridge-BYOB, pingpong tables, non-exclusive patio use, restrooms What's Not Included: conference rooms, beer, glassware

It automatically focuses on whoever is speaking, creating an engaging, in-person experience for remote participants. Ideal for team meetings, client calls, and virtual collaborations—just plug it in and connect to your preferred platform (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.).
